Turkey meat ball soup!

My little Bella got a UTI and the best thing for a UTI is a lot of liquid to flush her little system out.  I was adding water to her food but decided today to make a nice pot of soup to flush her out.  She is allergic to chicken, but of course you can substitute chicken or beef.

8 cups of water
3 carrots, chopped
3 sticks of celery with leaves
2 green zuchinni chopped
1 yellow squash chopped
1/2 white potato grated
1/2 teaspoon of tumeric
fresh basil five leaves chopped
dried oregano

1 pound ground turkey (7% fat)

3 cloves of garlic chopped fine
1/4 cup flat leaf parsley chopped fine
1/8 cup parmasean cheese

1/2 cup pasta.

combine water and next 8 ingredients in big pot and start to have it boil.  While heating up, mix the turkey and the rest of the ingredients and make into little balls.  Dump the meat balls into the boiling soup and turn down the heat and cook for at least 1 1/2 hours.

Check to see that the carrots are tender and then mash the entire pot with a potato masher.  Add cooked pasta.   Your dogs will be begging to eat it up!
